Brussels Sprouts

with Maple Hazelnut

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ½ lbs brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
  • ¼ C olive oil
  • ¾ t salt
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • ½ C toasted hazelnuts
PREPARATION
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Toss brussels sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread brussels sprouts on sheet tray.
  4. Roast 15 min, stir, roast 15 min more.
  5. Stir in maple syrup and roast 15 min more.
  6. Toss brussels sprouts with hazelnuts and serve.
