Lemon or Vanilla Custard Pudding

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C heavy cream
  • ½ C syrup*-sugar free
  • 1 C cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1 T lemon* juice or vanilla
PREPARATION
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease 8 x 8 in baking dish.
  3. Put all ingredients in a blender. Pulse on low until combined.
  4. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour until browned.

 

* Use unflavored syrup for lemon pudding and caramel flavored syrup for vanilla pudding
