Tuna Seared

with ginger wasabi sauce

INGREDIENTS

Tuna

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 2 T crushed peppercorns on a plate
  • ¼ C olive oil

 

Dipping sauce

  • 1 T wasabi powder or paste
  • 1 in fresh ginger
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 lemon juiced
PREPARATION
  1. Dip each filet into peppercorns on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium high heat.
  3. Add tuna, cook 1 min; flip and cook other side 1 min.
  4. Add dipping sauce ingredients to blender, mix until smooth and serve with tuna.
