Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS

Dressing

  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 2 t sweetener
  • Salt and pepper

 

Salad

  • ½ cabbage, small head, trimmed
  • 2 carrots, peeled and trimmed
  • 2 scallions, sliced
PREPARATION
  1. Combine dressing ingredients.
  2. Julienne cabbage and carrots in food processor.
  3. Add dressing and scallions to cabbage and carrots and toss.
