90-Second Bread
with Almond and coconut Flour
INGREDIENTS
2 T butter, melted
¼ C Almond flour
1 T Coconut flour
1 egg
1 T cream
¼ t baking powder
1 T Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
PREPARATION
Melt 1 T butter in a ceramic 14-16 oz coffee mug.
Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until combined.
Cook in microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and allow to cool for a minute or two.
Invert cup and slice bread.
Heat 1 T of butter in a skillet and cook slices of bread on each side until crisp.
