Peanut Butter Fudge

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped or chips
  • 1 C peanut butter
  • ¼ C heavy cream
  • ½ C syrup*-sugar free
  • ½ C erythritol or sugar free powder
  • 1 T vanilla
PREPARATION
  1. Melt chocolate and combine with other ingredients in the top of a double boiler at low heat, with constant stirring.
  2. Taste for sweetness and adjust if necessary.
  3. Pour into greased 4×8 baking dish, spread and cool.
  4. Cut into squares.

 

* Use unflavored syrup, caramel or vanilla flavored
