Cranberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

• 1 C chicken stock or water
• 1 T Better than Bouillon (turkey)
• ¾ C sweetener
• 1 star anise
• 12 oz cranberries
• 3 T port wine

PREPARATION

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium sauce pan, boil until reduced by half.
2. Add cranberries and boil until they pop (about 10 min), remove star anise, add port.
