Ginger Miso Dip
with Walnuts
INGREDIENTS
¼ C soy sauce
½ C miso
¾ C walnuts
2 in ginger, peeled
PREPARATION
Combine soy sauce, miso, walnuts and peeled ginger in blender, blend high until ginger is incorporated. Use as dipping sauce or toss with vegetables.
