Ginger Miso Dip

with Walnuts

INGREDIENTS
  • ¼ C soy sauce
  • ½ C miso
  • ¾ C walnuts
  • 2 in ginger, peeled
PREPARATION
  1. Combine soy sauce, miso, walnuts and peeled ginger in blender, blend high until ginger is incorporated. Use as dipping sauce or toss with vegetables.
