Miso-Wine Sauce

INGREDIENTS

• 2 C wine
• 2 T miso

PREPARATION

1. Prepare in same pan used to sear meat.
2. Add wine and reduce to ¼ C.
3. Remove from heat and stir in miso.
4. Serve with meat.
