INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bottle port
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • ½ C stock
PREPARATION
  1. Combine shallots, stock and port, bring to a boil and reduce to 1 C.
  2. Strain and reduce further to ½ C.
  3. Serve hot.
