Soy-Ginger Dressing

INGREDIENTS
  • ¼ C toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ C soy sauce
  • 1 lemon, juiced or 3 T rice vinegar
  • 3 T honey
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1-2” peeled ginger
  • ¼ C peanut oil
PREPARATION
  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in blender except oil.
  2. Puree gradually adding oil until smooth.
