Strawberry Dressing

INGREDIENTS

• ½ C strawberries, hulled
• 2 T balsamic vinegar
• ½ T Dijon mustard
• 1 T honey
• 1 clove garlic, peeled
• ¼ C olive oil

PREPARATION

1. Combine all dressing ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
2. Dress with pureed sauce and sprinkle with seeds or nuts.
