Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Lay out packets of 2-3 slices prosciutto (4-5” by 6-8”).
Distribute asparagus among the prosciutto packs with tips sticking out (2-4/pack).
Place cheese strips between asparagus or in the split of thick asparagus and wrap with prosciutto.
Lay prosciutto-asparagus packs on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 min and serve.
* Bunch may contain 10-24 thick or thin asparagus. Thick asparagus should be blanched for 2 min in boiling water, then split from stem to an inch before tip.
