Bourbon-Cream Sauce

with Mustard

INGREDIENTS
  • ¼ C bourbon
  • ½ C heavy cream
  • 1 T mustard
  • 2 T butter
PREPARATION
  1. Heat butter in skillet (can use same pan as meat) until foam subsides over high heat.
  2. Add bourbon and ignite.
  3. When flames subside add cream and mustard to skillet.
  4. Warm and stir.
  5. Pour over meat and serve.
