Custard
with sugar free syrup
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
¾ C heavy cream
¾ C syrup-sugar free (vanilla or caramel flavor)
1 T vanilla
2 T erythritol
PREPARATION
Heat oven to 325°F.
Put all ingredients except erythritol in a blender. Blend on low until well combined.
Pour into ovenproof mugs or custard dishes.
Place mugs in a large baking pan half filled with water and bake 45 min or until center is set.
Sprinkle erythritol on top and place under broiler for a few minutes until melted and starting to brown. Watch carefully!
