Watercress Cream Sauce
with white wine
INGREDIENTS
1 T Butter
2 shallots, chopped
½ C white wine
½ C cream
Bunch of watercress, chopped
PREPARATION
Melt 1 T butter, add 2 shallots-chopped, cook about 3 min until soft.
Add ½ C white wine and ½ C cream, bunch of watercress (about 1 C), chopped and reduce to half.
Puree in blender and return to pan and reheat.
